The Second Amendment
Title: The guns amendment
Original text: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
What it means: The second amendment gives people in America the right to bear arms. The amendment was originally made to make sure colonial militias would have weapons to protect the people. Today, there are many arguments over whether it should give individuals the right to have weapons, or if it is just meant for authorities.
